It’s a cruel irony that the 10-15 years of regular drinking that's generally regarded as necessary to build an alcohol dependency is the same 10-15 years required to build mastery in a career or profession.

Well, a few years ago I started feeling like that situation described me pretty well, and one of the things that helped reprogram me into a happy non-drinker was Alan Carr's The Easy Way to Stop Drinking. And I want to do whatever I can to try and spread that to others.
